Devin Rauchwerger is a Partner at Domb & Rauchwerger Employment Law Group. Devin spent years navigating both employees and employers through California’s complex legal system in all areas of employment law including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, trade secrets, COVID-19 legislation, and countless other types of employment disputes. Prior to founding Domb & Rauchwerger Employment Law Group, Devin was a partner at a national law firm dedicated to representing companies in various employment disputes.
After representing employers for many years, Devin has a keen understanding of how management thinks and defends against lawsuits. He is a zealous advocate for his clients in order to obtain for them the best results possible. However, he also understands that litigating and reliving unfair and illegal treatment can be very stressful for clients, and he is an expert at providing a steady hand to help his clients navigate their lawsuit.
In his free time, Devin enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, including hiking and biking.
