Jessica Delgado is a certified paralegal at Domb & Rauchwerger Employment Law Group. Jessica brings to the firm her years of experience in employment law, as well as her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. She is passionate about fighting for the little guy, making sure that employees do not get bullied or taken advantage of because of an unfair power dynamic, and that Domb & Rauchwerger’s clients obtain justice.

Prior to working at Domb & Rauchwerger, Jessica worked as a paralegal at a large employment law firm. She holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting, a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and is a NALA Certified Paralegal (CP). Jessica is fluent in Spanish.
