Jessica Delgado is the Office Manager and a NALA Advanced Certified Paralegal (ACP) at Domb & Rauchwerger Employment Law Group. In her dual role, Jessica supports the firm’s employment litigation practice while helping oversee the firm’s day-to-day operations, case management systems, and administrative processes.
Jessica brings years of experience in employment law, along with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional support to both the firm’s attorneys and its clients. She is passionate about advocating for employees and helping ensure that individuals have a meaningful voice when facing unfair treatment in the workplace.
Prior to joining Domb & Rauchwerger, Jessica worked as a paralegal at a large employment law firm, where she gained substantial experience in employment litigation. She holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Jessica is also fluent in Spanish.
