Curtis Davis

Curtis Davis is an associate attorney at Domb & Rauchwerger LLP, where he represents employees throughout California in a wide range of employment law matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, pregnancy discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower claims, disability accommodation disputes, and wage and hour violations.

Curtis believes that trust is fundamental to justice work. He prioritizes spending time with his clients and understanding their individual experiences, concerns, and goals. He recognizes the profound impact that workplace misconduct can have on a person’s career, financial security, family, confidence, and well-being. That understanding shapes his client-centered approach and his commitment to advocating for workers and their families.

A career civil rights attorney, Curtis has litigated complex employment, housing, education, and sexual harassment matters on behalf of clients in rural and urban communities throughout California. He began his legal career representing migrant farmworker families in Imperial County and the Central Valley and considers it a privilege to represent farmworkers and other working people who provide essential services to communities across the state.

Curtis’s commitment to workers’ rights and civil rights developed through his experiences teaching, traveling, and studying language in Central and South America. He is fluent in Spanish and is committed to serving clients from a wide range of backgrounds.

Curtis attended the University of California, Berkeley, where he earned a degree in Legal Studies and Sociology. He earned his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and is admitted to practice in California. During his first two years of practice, Curtis served as an Equal Justice Works (EJW) Fellow.
